My name is Ameera A.Ameer Yusuf. Experienced General Director with a proven track record in strategic leadership, operational management, and organizational growth. Alongside my executive role, I am a passionate IT trainer, holding a bachelor’s degree in information technology and computing (Second-Class Honors) from Arab Open University. Committed to knowledge-sharing, I actively mentor and train aspiring professionals, equipping them with cutting-edge technical skills and empowering them to excel in the digital age. 

I have many certificates from different awarding bodies, such as Microsoft (Microsoft Certified Solution Associate_MCSA_ Web Application), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Office Specialist, Microsoft Office Experts), Certiport (Digital literacy Certification, Information Technology Specialist certificate such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript) and PSI Proctoring Certificates. I have obtained my skills through over 13 years of experience working with diverse managements, learners, from students to professional’s learners, in both academic and vocational levels. 

Throughout my professional journey, I have achieved consistent career advancement – progressing from Teacher to Trainer, then to Training Department Manager, and ultimately to my current role as General Director at ProCloud Training Center and Private Schools. 

Here in ProCloud, I oversee learning quality standards and lead departments teams to achieve organizational goals. I develop strategic partnerships to enhance programs while establishing and updating policies and procedures. My responsibilities include managing staff performance and coordinating professional development. I supervise student enrollment and evaluate trainer effectiveness. Additionally, I review and improve all training materials including exercises, assignments, quizzes, and exams to ensure educational excellence. My leadership focuses on collaboration, ensuring all departments work together efficiently to maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement also designing comprehensive training programs, including course outlines, learning objectives, and instructional materials, evaluating trainers for the recruitment purpose within their department of qualification, Following up with other instructors for help or for evaluation of the instructor, provide support classes for some trainees, preparing exercises, assignments, quizzes, tests, exams and any other forms of evaluation and correcting them, and I working on Procloud Learning management system.
